1. SHIPPING REGIONS

Currently, Martin Wayne ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.

  • No minimum purchase required.

  • No hidden handling fees at checkout.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

We strive to get your orders ready for shipment as quickly as possible:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (PST).

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Your total waiting time is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time:

  • Standard Transit Time: 4–8 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days.

Note: While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, or high-volume peak seasons.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is key. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY & MODIFICATIONS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at info@martinwayne.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Martin Wayne is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors, building management, or common mail areas.

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  4. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team, and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
