Refund & Return Policy

At Martin Wayne, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, ensuring clarity and transparency for all customers.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return or refund

3. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

Martin Wayne is committed to full transparency regarding return costs.

  • Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

    • If the return is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs

    • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided

  • Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind):

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at
info@martinwayne.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund to the original payment method

5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request:

  1. Email info@martinwayne.com with your Order Number

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions
